Customised quotation PDFs

Configure how quotation (and related) PDFs look from Profile Settings → PDF Template Settings.

PDF modes​

Mode	Use when
Default	You want logo, quote number, and standard business layout
Custom	You want a minimal branded deck with custom layout and fonts

What you can customise​

• Intro & closing pages — full-page images before/after the quote
• Page background — image behind content pages
• Fonts — built-in families or upload .ttf / .otf (max 2 MB)
• Sizes & colours — heading/body size, heading/body/accent colours
• Content layout (Custom mode) — Classic, Centered, or Elegant
• Body styling — bold, italic, underline on line items
• Terms & conditions — numbered lines on quotations/orders
• Studio terms — separate text for studio receipt PDFs
• Signature — image for invoices and receipts

Click Save changes in the Colours section after editing typography and colours.

When it applies​

Template changes apply on the next PDF download or Generate PDF from any quotation. Settings are stored per account via /business/pdf-template APIs.
