Invoices and GST

Creating invoices​

1. Open Business → Invoices → Create.
2. Select customer and optional linked order.
3. Confirm line items and tax rates.
4. Download or share the PDF.

Invoice numbers auto-increment. GSTIN and HSN-style breakdowns support Indian GST filing when configured in your PDF and business settings.

Branding​

Set logo, business name, address, bank/UPI, and GSTIN under Profile → Business Branding and PDF Settings. Quotations and invoices use the same template.

Quotation vs invoice​

• Quotation — offer before the job is confirmed.
• Invoice — tax document after confirmation or advance; use for client accounting and your GST records.
