Reports (Business → Reports)​

• Revenue and collection summaries
• Profit and loss (income vs expenses)
• Client ledger — full payment history per customer
• Photographer statement — payouts per associate
• Quotation conversion — win rate on quotes
• Studio collection and delivery reports

Use date filters on the dashboard and reports for month-end reconciliation. Lock reports after GST filing when your workflow requires frozen numbers.

Payouts​

• Payouts — per-event payments to freelance photographers
• Salary payments — recurring pay under Account Master
• Link payouts to orders for accurate per-job profit

Expenses​

Log travel, rentals, outsourcing, and other costs under Expenses. Link to orders when the cost belongs to a specific booking.
