WhatsApp connection

Connect your own WhatsApp so Business Manager messages come from your studio number.

Open settings​

Profile Settings → WhatsApp Connection

Desktop: QR code​

1. Enter an Instance name (required).
2. Click Generate QR.
3. On your phone: WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device → scan the QR.

Mobile: pairing code​

1. Enter Instance name and WhatsApp number (country code, digits only).
2. Generate the pairing code.
3. On your phone: Linked devices → Link with phone number instead → enter the code.

After connecting​

Blinkpic can send:

• Quotation PDFs
• Invoice PDFs
• Payment receipts
• Photographer assignment alerts

Your phone should stay online (same as WhatsApp Web). Disconnect reverts sending to Blinkpic’s default WhatsApp service.

Backend​

Connection uses FastAPI /v1/integrations/whatsapp/* and a Baileys sidecar per business account.
